Your dinner will begin with cauliflower bisque with pomegranate, followed by parmesan risotto and curry seasoned scallops with black truffle and basil pesto. Choose your main course dish between Australian tenderloin with tarragon mushroom and Brussels sprouts or snow fish with asparagus and truffle yuzu beurre blanc sauce. Your evening will end with special Babette’s fried ice cream.
