Valentine’s Day (or should we say Valentine’s ‘night’) is always a special occasion here at Red Sky alfresco restaurant. This year promises to be no different, with an extra-special romantic menu presented by Chef Christian Ham and his team.
The six-course dinner, which is held at our main rooftop restaurant, is priced at THB 14,555++ per couple. This also includes 2 glasses of exclusive G.H. Mumm N°1 Pink Champagne for you and your partner to savor as you enjoy the stunning panorama from 55 floors up.
Red Sky’s Valentine’s Day Menu kicks off in style with a 15g serving of Oscietra Caviar and Smoked Salmon, followed by luxurious imported Gillardeau Oysters and Alaskan King Crab. Two other pre-main course dishes include the Half Brittany Lobster and Black Winter Truffle as well as Pan-Seared Foie Gras served with quince and a beetroot reduction.
For the main course, choose between either the delicate Pan-Fried Snow Fish with Artichoke Mousseline or the incredible Kagoshima Striploin A3 served with porcini and celeriac cannelloni.
Finally, to round off a perfect night, indulge in our Red Velvet White Chocolate Mousse (and maybe a few more cocktails if you’re not driving…)
