Tuck into “Ribs & Bibs”

Treat your taste buds to some seriously tender, succulent and savory ribs, slathered with special sauce and sizzled till they fall from the bone and melt in the mouth.

Starting February 2018, Seasonal Tastes restaurant at 7th fl. The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok presents prime “Ribs & Bibs” for dinner every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, from 18:00 to 22:30 hours.

Naturally nourishing, tremendously tasty, the four rib options on the jokey blackboard placemat menus are served with selections from the over-stocked salad bar. Plus one complimentary side dish from a selection of 10, ranging sweet potato fries to beer battered onion rings/garlic sour cream.

For the main event, choose from Lamb (THB 750), Pork (THB 470), or Beef (THB 750). Or how about the grand surf and turf “Hungry” menu (1,650) that pits house-smoked Australian beef ribs against Canadian lobster? All served on a wooden chopping board with charred corn on the cob, sweet potato fries, greens, and servings of chipotle salsa and extra barbecue sauce.

Wash it all down with equally authentic free-flow sangria + local beer or your favorite caipirinhia, mohito or craft beer.

Feel free to relax and use your fingers. You’ll get a nice big bib to protect your clothes while you’re picking and licking the bones clean of their well-seasoned and marinated, toffee-like crust-covered flesh.

It’s all a great opportunity to compose your own style ribs dish – and post a pic of it taking up most of the table in front of you.
