This February 16 marks the start of Chinese New Year – a date that is widely celebrated throughout Bangkok thanks to the city’s significant Chinese heritage as well as the millions of visitors each year coming from the region.
To mark this special occasion – which this time around is the ‘Year of the Dog’ – Dynasty Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld is presenting two extravagant Cantonese-inspired menus.
These set menus are based on groups of 10 people sharing and are priced at Golden Dragon Set menu THB 12,800++ and Prosperity Set menu THB 16,800++.
Both menus feature some of Dynasty’s signature dishes. Just for a few tasters, you can expect to indulge in the likes of our Sharkfin soup with bamboo pith, Roasted duck Peking style, Whole barbecued Hong Kong suckling pig, and Baked chicken with salted in Peking style.
There are some interesting menu as follows: Deep fried prawns with mayonnaise, Roasted duck in Peking style, Stir fried vegetable with prawn and scallop, Double boiled black mushroom with fish maw in brawn sauce, Stir fried bamboo fish with light soya sauce, Shark’ fin soup with crab meat in brawn sauce, Whole barbecued Hong Kong suckling pig and Stir fried scallop in X.O sauce.
