To find the menu’s main dish, which is a choice of Butter Roasted Whole Dover Sole or American Wagyu beef Short Rib, it’s up one floor to Centara Grand’s world-famous Red Sky Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. Take in the views and sip on an inclusive glass of wine under Red Sky’s iconic glowing arch.
