The Season for Giving and Sharing
Krabi, Thailand – Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort hosted the underprivileged children from Krabi Children Special Needs School on December 20, 2017.
We strongly believe that “giving is sharing” and, for Christmas, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort provided a special event for 80 people. This included 40 students from the school, its teachers, Resort Management, the Welfare Committee and 10 of our esteemed guests.
Transport arranged by the Resort picked up the students and teachers from Krabi Special Education Center at 8:00 a.m. and, once at the Resort, received a very warm welcome from General Manager, John Kendes.
The activities began with a special show that the students themselves had prepared, after which they were taken to our FUNLAND where a game of “Musical Chairs’ was enjoyed by all.
Exhausted but happy children then had the chance to cool down and rekindle their energy with snacks and drinks, accompanied by a Santa and Santarina dance!
Revitalized, a game of “Balloon Stomp” generated great excitement and joy. A delicious lunch followed, after which our cute and friendly guests departed with huge smiles on their faces – our reward for a superb event.
