Dr. Somchai Harnhirun, Permanent Secretary of Industry was the guest of honour at the “Thailand Top SME Awards 2017” presentation at Napalai Ballroom of Dusit Thani Bangkok, jointly organized by Business+ magazine by ARIP Pcl., the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce and Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank).
