Dusit Thani Pattaya moving towards ISO14001:2015

Pattaya, Chonburi – June 2018 – The management team of Dusit Thani Pattaya recently attended a training session hosted by SGS Thailand, a leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, with a view to earning ISO14001:2015 certification before the end of the year.

The ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) is a systematic framework to manage the immediate and long-term environmental impacts of an organisation’s products, services and processes.

Dusit Thani Pattaya successfully received ISO 9001:2015 certification – an international standard for quality management systems within an organisation – in April 2017, and the hotel, led by Mr Neoh Kean Boon, General Manager, remains committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of its operations.
