After a cooling welcome drink the evening begins with a quartet of superb starters such as goat cheese bon bon and mussel on the shell in a white wine sauce before the main event of either slow-roasted BBQ pork spare rib, grilled Australian beef tenderloin or rack of lamb, pan-seared chicken supreme or baked white snapper with herbs before ending your meal on the sweetest note with a choice of Chef’s own recipe Alaska bomb flambée or rich chocolate sphere, all washed down with a complimentary bottle of Champagne.
