Thailand, 19 August 2015 – Marshall Cavendish Education, the leading developer and provider of educational solutions in Singapore, will share its knowledge and expertise in Chinese language learning with over 200 Thai educators in Bangkok on Saturday, 22 August 2015.
The first of its kind in Thailand, the Chinese Teachers Seminar is supported by the Ministry of Education, Thailand, the Department of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and C asean, who will be our main event sponsor. Marshall Cavendish Education, Singapore’s sole textbook publisher for Chinese language textbooks has specially curated a programme to provide educators with salient strategies and materials for effective Chinese language teaching and learning.
Taking place at the C asean Auditorium at Cyberworld Tower, the two-part session will first share comprehensive insights of the pedagogy behind Chinese language teaching and explore materials educators can utilise to enhance their instructional content. To ensure participants gain a firm grasp of the pedagogies explored, a practical session will follow, with a hands-on demonstration from Marshall Cavendish Education’s wide range of quality resources on learning Chinese as a foreign language such as Learning Chinese with Fun and Flying with Chinese. Marshall Cavendish is the only appointed co-publisher for all primary and secondary Chinese textbooks in Singapore and has worked closely with the Ministry of Education, Singapore for close to 35 years on developing educational resources for various languages including Chinese, Malay and Tamil.
