Mr. Zhang Dong Hao (3rd left), Chinese embassy counselor and consul general to Thailand, and Mr. Sakda Horrungruang, President of the Association, had recently presided over the ceremony of appointing Dr. Jarunan Jaruthien (4th left), as the President of Kwong Siew Commerce Association of Thailand for the 4th session.
