Our chef’s recommendation, the “Seafood on Ice”, is ideal to share as a couple or in a group. Priced at THB 5,555++, this includes Red Sky’s finest selection of salmon caviar, giant prawns, lobster, oysters, king crab, Carabineros, langoustines, mussels and array of dips and condiments.

For something a little less filling (but a lot more extravagant), you can also go for our “Oscietra Caviar” which is priced at THB 3,955++ for 30 grams of exclusive Oscietra caviar and is served with classic condiments and a shot of frozen Absolut vodka.
