CRU Champagne Bar launches ‘Oyster with Altitude’ promotion Centara Grand at CentralWorld
Those with a penchant for the finer things in life will know nothing goes better with a glass of Champagne than fresh, premium oysters.
And being the highest alfresco Champagne bar in the world, CRU is excited to announce a brand new oyster menu, which can be enjoyed every evening on the rooftop of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
Brought to your table in sets of six, you can choose between either half a dozen raw (cold) oysters or have them baked, steamed or deep-fried (hot).
Our cold oyster selection includes Cap Horn, Boudeuse, Fine de Claire, Pacific Rock, Coffin Bay and Harty varieties. Guests can opt for raw servings in the shell or spice things up with a ‘Oyster Bloody Mary’ or ‘a la diable’ (with tomato sauce and Asian flavors).
Prefer your seafood cooked? Then choose from CRU’s menu of deep-fried oyster fritters and aioli, oyster ravioli (steamed) or oyster sabayon (baked).
