We are excited to present our recommended menu of the month featuring steamed black Chile mussels in white cream sauce or steamed black Chile mussels in tomato sauce prepared by our Executive Chef and his team. A very tasty dish, garnished with coriander and tomato and a splash of cream and parsley and perfect paired with a piece of crusty French bread for dipping and a glass of white wine it’s simply irresistible.
