หฤษฏ์ ลักษณะโยธิน เกิดทิพย์ ได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็น ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มแบรนด์อาวุโส ออนิกซ์ ฮอสพิทาลิตี้ กรุ๊ป สำนักงานใหญ่ ​Harris Lakshanayodhin Kurdthip promoted Senior Brand Director at ONYX Hospitality Group

ออนิกซ์ ฮอสพิทาลิตี้ กรุ๊ป ประกาศแต่งตั้ง หฤษฎ์ ลักษณะโยธิน เกิดทิพย์ เป็น ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มแบรนด์อาวุโส หฤษฏ์เข้าร่วมงานกับออนิกซ์ฯ เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2553 ในตำแหน่ง ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้วยประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด และสื่อสารองค์กรมากว่าทศวรรษกับกลุ่มโรงแรมชั้นนำ อาทิ “ไฮแอท”  “แอคคอร์”  “ราฟเฟิลส์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล” และ “ไมเนอร์ กรุ๊ป” หฤษฏ์ ได้รับผิดชอบหลายตำแหน่งงานระดับผู้บริหารที่ออนิกซ์ฯก่อนจะมารับตำแหน่งปัจจุบันซึ่งรวมไปถึงตำแหน่ง ผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ฝ่ายการตลาด และการสื่อสาร ในความรับผิดชอบใหม่นี้ หฤษฏ์ ในฐานะหัวหน้าสายงานการบริหารจัดการแบรนด์ใหญ่ขององค์กร เขาจะดูแลด้านการวางตำแหน่งการตลาดของแต่ละแบรนด์ใต้ ออนิกซ์ฯ รวมไปถึงการพัฒนาประสบการณ์แบรนด์ และการบริการอันเป็นอัติลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ต่างๆให้คงคุณภาพระดับสากล และคงความนิยมในกลุ่มลูกค้าปัจจุบัน รวมไปถึงดึงลูกค้าตลาดใหม่ๆให้เข้ามาใช้บริการโรงแรมใต้แบรนด์ อมารี  โอโซ่  ชามา และ โอเรียนเต็ล เรสิเดนซ์ อีกด้วย

ONYX Hospitality Group has promoted Harris to Senior Director of Brands.  Harris joined ONYX in 2010 as the Country Director of Public Relations with a solid Marketing and Public Relations background from leading hotel groups including Minor International PCL, Raffles International, Accors and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He has served the company in various key roles including few years as Group Director of Marketing Communications where he help raising the great awareness of Amari, OZO and Shama brand both at international and domestic levels. Harris is now organisational head of brand management and will still oversee the corporate and brand level marketing communications activities. He and his team will ensure that the brand positioning, marketing and guest experiences of each brand are consistent, well maintained and constantly developed.
