Combining exacting preparation, classic cookery, and passionate creativity, four special dishes starring prime, fresh white asparagus spears elevate the family experience to another level of indulgence:
• White asparagus veloute with Tasmanian oyster and truffle oil
• White asparagus with black truffle, crispy parmesan cheese, onsen egg and hollandaise sauce
• Thai premium Kamphaeng Saen beef with grilled white asparagus, lyonnais potatoes and morel port wine sauce
