Red Sky Restaurant and Red Sky Bar may be most famous for its towering, multicolored arch that glows high above Bangkok. You may have seen it while gazing up from street-level – or even sipped a cocktail next to it on our 56th-floor deck.

However, if you really want to get the full ‘Red Sky Experience’ (and soon realize why we rank up there with some of the best rooftop venues in the world), then you definitely need to try our Seasonal Tasting Menu – a six-course international gastronomic journey curated and updated each season by Chef Christian Ham.

As of now, the new fine-dining tasting menu is being served outside on our breezy alfresco dining deck, as well as inside our air-conditioned dining room, which also still delivers some stunning views across the city.

With an emphasis on fresh, premium ingredients combined with French-inspired cooking techniques and artistic flair, the new seasonal menu features the likes of Veal balls “Bitterballen” with Dijon mustard; Bone marrow with green asparagus soup and morel “fricassee”; Lobster and white asparagus “meunière”; and Pan-seared veal loin “Apicius” with glazed carrot “au jus”.

The full set menu is priced at THB 2,955++ per person with an additional wine pairing option for each course at THB 1855++ extra per person.
