A compilation of succulent taste in the mouth begins with Marinated lobster medallions in lime-virgin olive oil served with Caesar dressing, Parmesan shaves, Grilled artichoke hearts and Ciabatta croutons (THB 580++), Lobster risotto; Creamed risotto with zucchini, Aged Grana Padana cheese and Thyme & rosemary (THB 650++) and Whole Main-lobster with chef’s signature served with Truffle-mushroom stew, Sugar grilled lemon and Oven-roasted cherry tomatoes (THB 1,500++).
