H.E. Mr. Francisco Vaz Patto, Ambassador of Portugal in Thailand together with Regina Wilson, Hotel Manager of Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers recently presided over the grand opening night of “Big Fish, Bangkok River Music Festival 2016” under the theme, “A Beat of Portuguese Music” at the Hotel Lobby Lounge.
