Venues’ Brewski is kicking off the summer by introducing the BlueSki Rockies lager just in time to celebrate America’s Independence Day with this frosty new brew and American style BBQ!
On Tuesday, 4 July 2017, Brewski and Beervana will be teaming up to invite guests to show their “American spirit” and commemorate the occasion at our spectacular rooftop party. Take in the panoramic views from the 30th floor while savoring a crisp and satisfying BlueSki lager. This is an evocative German Pilsner that delights the palate with a subtle hint of sweetness and a bold malt flavour. Brewed in the rocky mountain climate of Denver Colorado, it’s a cool and refreshing craft beer in a class by itself.
Venues’ resident Chef Thomas Smith will be creating a special menu of spicy and savory “red, white and blue” themed snacks that will complement and balance the hops found in the beer. This is one party you don’t want to miss and guests are invited to get “Red, White and Brewski” this 4th of July with an ice cold BlueSki @ Brewski.
