The Father Ray Foundation (The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities) was established by Pastor Raymond Brennan, known as ‘Father Ray’, who founded the Pattaya Redemptorist Vocational School for Disabled in 1984. Father Ray repeatedly stated, “I want to help people with disabilities all over the world.” He set up the foundation to support and fund operations for disabled people and to help rehabilitate them and promote their quality of life.
