Sukhumchai Junted as Executive Chef. Also known as Chef Lert, this soft-spoken and sea-soned pro looks back on over 20 years of culinary experience in the kitchens of Thailand’s top hotels and resorts. Previously, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Chatrium Riverside Hotel, with additional time spent at Dusit Princess Srinakarin, Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok, Centara Mirage Beach Resort Hotel Pattaya and more, along with 2 years overseas working in the
Middle East.
When it comes to food, Chef Lert’s culinary philosophy is all about attention to detail and flavours that sing. His mission: To make sure that the Thai and international dishes at Streats will keep guests coming back for more. Furthermore as Executive Chef he will lead the culinary direction of banqueting and events, as well as the hotel’s three outlets under the banner of Streats Bangkok Khaosan: Streats Bakery, Streats Cafe and Streats Bar & Bistro.
