Our talented Scalini Chef Egidio Latoracca has created an exciting new à la carte dinner menu using products sourced exclusively from Thailand’s leading importer of fine foods, Gourmet One. This special menu is available every evening from 18 April to 31 May and includes a souvenir Scalini gift.
