“Galette De Rois” King Tart at Le Boulanger

Le Boulanger is proud to introduce a new cake from 2017 – “Galette De Rois”. This cake is traditionally shared at Epiphany, on 6 January. It celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men in Bethlehem.
Composed of a puff pastry cake, with a small charm, the fève (similar to a crown), hidden inside. It is filled with frangipane, a cream made from sweet almonds, butter, eggs and sugar.
