New dinner buffet focus turns up the heat on grilled river prawn, rock lobster and more! From February to April, dinner buffets at The SQUARE restaurant, Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom features special grill and live stations highlighting two seafood delicacies, river prawn and rock lobster Thermidor. Both are available every evening, with prawn, chicken, beef, pork and vegetable skewers in Sichuanese style Mala sauce.
Additional seafood treats on each night’s buffet include seafood on ice with black mussel, squid and clam; and seafood Okonomiyaki station (Japanese pancake). Among rotating menu selections are: tom yum kung soup, stir-fried surf clam with sweet basil and red curry, roasted beef or pork with red wine sauce, pork or chicken skewers, and stir-fried shrimp with salted egg sauce. Desserts on every buffet include Thai and Western choices, fresh tropical fruit and ice cream.
