Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. or “DELTA” , the world’s leading electronics and ICT innovator, won the CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2016 organized by the Department of Industrial Works (DIW) under the Ministry of Industry. The award aims to encourage companies to invest and extend their efforts in sustainable and socially responsible business practices in accordance to international standards in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
All the three plants from Delta have received the honourable recognition. Mr.Mana Nonkaew (Senior Manager), Ms.Wilailak Fungtanakul, (Company Secretary) and Mr.Pramote Mora (IT Director) represented Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. to receive the awards at the IMPACT Convention Center, Bangkok.
The awards recognize companies that have shown continuous commitment to CSR in seven major criteria namely, corporate governance, human rights, labor practices, the environment, fair operation, consumer issues and community services. Delta CSR commitment is guided by the company’s mission “To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow”.
