DELTA ELECTRONICS (THAILAND) SIGNS MOU ON HW NET

Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL., one of the world’s leading electronics, energy and ICT innovators, represented by Mr. Yongyuth Pakdoungjan, Human Resources Director, and Thai Electrical Electronics and Telecommunications Industries Association (TETA) represented by Mr. Wisanu Limviboon, President; joined the signing ceremony of the MOU for the project on “Establishment and Development of Learning Centers for Sustainable Happy Workplace” (HW Net) at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Delta is honored by the project which is supported by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation to be a mentor for the project’s topic of “Quality Life for Working Women in the Workplace and Family”.

Mr. Yongyuth Pakdoungjan said “Delta Electronics (Thailand) has not only provided clients with quality products ,high efficiency and sustainable innovation through R&D, we also continuously work to create a happy workplace for our employees to ensure they live a quality life through creativity and good working environment that will enhance the wellbeing of their body and mind. The HW Net project is a result of Delta’s collaboration with TETA in the project “Happy Workplace” in 2011. The project has since grown into a center for knowledge exchange particularly on building up happy workplace for HW Net participants. In addition, the network looks at seeking ideas and designing processes to drive the participants’ own organizational wellbeing. Delta is delighted and honored to be a mentor on the topic of “Quality Life for Working Women in the Workplace and Family” for experience sharing and learning based on Delta’s successful projects like the implementation on breast milk storage room for working mothers at the workplace.”
