The Brewski Brew Mixer at Venues is back with new treats for food and beer lovers
Bangkok, Thailand, 8 February 2017 – On 23 February 2017, Venues’ Brewski will be hosting its monthly Brew Mixer where delicious culinary creations are matched with choice craft beers from 18.00 onwards. To deepen the experience, guests will have the chance to learn more about each of the five courses from certified beer experts and the hotel’s Executive Chef.
On Thursday, 23 February 2017, Brewski, Venues’ popular rooftop beer bar, will host its recurring Brew Mixer event. Every last Thursday of the month, between 18.00 and 20.00, foodies and beer lovers have the opportunity to try five of Executive Chef Thomas Smith’s delightful dishes expertly paired with carefully selected craft beers from around the world. While indulging in these treats, guests can enjoy the 180° panoramic view of Bangkok’s impressive skyline from Brewski’s 30th-floor terrace.
To make the Brew Mixer an event to remember, diners can get all their questions about the evening’s beers and foods answered by true experts. Chef Thomas and a member of the Beervana team, Brewski’s main craft beer supplier, will be glad to share their knowledge as well as some fun and little-known stories and anecdotes about the evening’s tasting menu. Together with the great atmosphere at Brewski, this will make the upcoming Brew Mixer an absolute must-attend event for all those who love new gastronomic experiences and the perfect beers to go with them.
