This September, The World restaurant would like to ‘welcome you to Argentina’ with an exciting 11-day Argentinian themed buffet with Guest Chef Rodrigo Gonzalez (running from September 05 – 16).
Having worked in some first-class restaurants in his homeland, as well as luxury five-star hotels in Europe, Chef Gonzalez brings his expertise on South American cuisine, particularly his knowledge on sourcing only the finest, freshest farm-to-table ingredients, to the kitchen here at Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
Our usual international buffet spread will be getting a complete Argentinian transformation during this period, with a heavy focus on small tapas-style sharing dishes, as well as meat-centric dishes and cuts – after all, the country is world-famous for its steaks!
The meat selections will be available from the counter (carvery style), together will cold cuts and cooked-to-order mains. Some of the mouther-watering highlights include sliced tenderloin, rib-eye, sirloin steak, sliced rack of lamb on the bone, mixed brochette (beef, lamb and chicken), prawn brochettes with chili and lemon sauce and different varieties of fish.
This “Welcome to Argentina” event at the World Restaurant is priced at THB 850++ / person (Food only) from 11.30 – 14.30 hrs (lunch), and THB 1,690++ / person (Including beverage packages) from 18.00 – 22.30 hrs (dinner).
