For a New Year’s Eve like no other bring your family and friends to Hotel
Baraquda Pattaya MGallery by Sofitel where our Executive Chef and his creative
culinary team will be presenting an exquisite 7-course set menu just for the occasion
complemented by a free bottle of chilled champagne!
After a cooling welcome drink the evening begins with a quartet of superb
starters such as goat cheese bon bon and mussel on the shell in a white wine sauce
before the main event of either slow-roasted BBQ pork spare rib, grilled Australian beef
tenderloin or rack of lamb, pan-seared chicken supreme or baked white snapper with
herbs before ending your meal on the sweetest note with a choice of Chef’s own recipe
Alaska bomb flambée or rich chocolate sphere, all washed down with a complimentary
bottle of Champagne.
Available on Sunday 31st December 2017 from 6 p.m.- late.
