Preparations are well underway for a superb Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner on the beach.
On Christmas Eve our Festive Evening Dinner is a 4-course feast that will delight. After a welcoming “Amuse Bouche” of Millefoglie of Tuna Tartare, an appetizer of Chestnut Panna Cotta with Crispy Parma Ham is then followed by Conchilie “seashell” Pasta filled with Ricotta in a Walnut Sauce. A choice of two main courses then awaits. For fish lovers, we offer succulent Honey-glazed Salmon; for those who prefer meat, we are serving Lamb Shank in Rosemary Red Wine Jus. To complete the meal, enjoy our chef’s own Gingerbread Sabayon with Grilled Banana and Pecan Nut Biscotto!
Prices are just THB 2,200 nett per adult and THB 1,100 nett per child on food only, and we are offering 20% OFF on food and beverage.
For Christmas Day lunch and dinner, Limoncello offers a set menu that commences with a Sea Bass Carpaccio appetizer, followed by Spinach and Red Wine Sautéed Porcini Pasta Roll. The fish main course option is Poached Red Snapper Filet whilst for those who love more traditional fare we are offering Roasted Turkey in a Fresh Herb White Wine Sauce. For dessert, a traditional Panettone with Vanilla Sauce rounds off this Christmas Day Special; price for Christmas Day Set lunch is THB 990 net per person and Christmas Day Dinner is THB 1,200 nett per adult and THB 950 nett per child.
