BMA together with road safety partners join Road Safety Walk Campaign to prevent and reduce road traffic crashes during Songkran
On April 11th, 2017, Dr. Vallop Suwandee, Bangkok Governor’s Chief Advisor, on behalf of Bangkok Governor, presented as the chairperson of the BMA Road Safety Walk Campaign at Victory Monument areas and joined the representatives of Traffic and Transportation Department and road safety driven partners including Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS), Bangkok Emergency Medical Service (Bangkok EMS), Road Accident Victims Protection (RVP), to promote the drivers to turn on headlights, don’t drink and drive, and follow safe driving rules, aiming to prevent and reduce road traffic deaths and injuries during Songkran.
