Mr. Thanoochai Hoonniwat (4th right), Director of Traffic and Transportation Department, gave an opening remark at the Strategic Communication Planning Meeting in Bangkok under the support of Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS). Joining the meeting were representatives of local and international road safety related organizations including Vital Strategies, ThaiRoads Foundation, Road Accident Victims Protection, The Viriyah Insurance, AIP Foundation, World Resources Institute, Institute for Urban Disease Control and Prevention, Traffic Police Division, and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), to present and exchange their ideas on implementing effective and integrated road safety communications campaigns especially on speed limit to create sustainable road safety culture in Bangkok at a meeting room in BMA CityHall2 on 8 December 2017.
