preparations, including the much-loved Malabar Machi, a creamy Shahi Malai Kofta, and to end the dinner on a high, a sumptuous Gajar Ka Halwa as dessert, just to name a few. As always, there will be a vegetarian and non-vegetarian version of this special menu. Also, dishes can be prepared gluten-free upon request. To add another special note, guests have the option to pair their dinner with a specially selected glass of wine for each course.
