Red Sky restaurants of Centara Grand at CentralWorld Head Chef Christian Ham and his team have just revealed a brand new Seasonal Tasting Menu, which will be available at the rooftop bar and restaurant throughout from now – 31 August 2018 for THB 2,955++ per person.

The multi-course menu features heavily on fresh, in-season seafood and fish, including dishes such as ‘Hokkaido scallop and beef tomato carpaccio’ and ‘Golden chanterelle fricassee and langoustine from Britany’. The main dish served is a ‘Dover sole goujonette with grenobloise sauce and baux olive mash potato’.

Red Sky’s Seasonal Tasting menu also features a few added extras along the way, including an amuse bouche to start, as well as pre-dessert, dessert or a cheese plate.

Guests also have the added option to go for a wine pairing with each course. For an extra THB 1,899++, our sommelier’s selections include pours of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut, Reims, France NV 12 cl, Etna Bianco DOC ‘Alta Mora’, Cusumano, Sicily, Italy 2016 9 cl and Château de L’Ecole, Gonnet-Médeville, Sauternes, France 2009 6 cl.

This exclusive Tasting Menu can be enjoyed either inside our air-conditioned dining room or outside on the rooftop’s iconic deck overlooking the city (weather permitting).
