CRU Champagne Bar at Red Sky Bar invites you to come enjoy our exclusive varieties of Champagne and Champagne-based cocktails on our rooftop bar on the 59th floor. We have a very wide selection of the finest Champagnes from France to suit everyone’s palate including G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rouge.
We created an impressive short but tasty gourmet menu of bite-sized portions that perfectly pair with our champagnes. Amongst the selection of premium bar bites, include CRU’s succulent “Pork Rillette Sliders”, the rather moreish “Popcorn Shrimp” or our melt-in-your-mouth “Fish and Sweet Potato Crisps”. CRU’s gourmet snack menu is available every day from 17.00 – 01.00 hrs.
Our menu also includes a selection of vegetarian food items such as our “Flavor Dynamics” cheese platter or slightly healthier “Sweet Potato Hummus”.
