The north-eastern Italian province of Friuli-Venezia Giulia is well known for Cotechino, a richly seasoned pork sausage that is popular across Italy when served on top of a bed of gently braised brown lentils – particularly on New Year’s Eve, when it is believed to bring good luck in the year to come. It is highly appropriate, then, that Terrazza, the Pathumwan Princess Hotel’s Italian restaurant delightfully located beside the 8th Floor swimming pool, is featuring this dish throughout December. It is available for lunch and dinner for THB 350 nett.

Terrazza Ristorante & Pizzeria: 8th floor of Pathumwan Princess Hotel
