Luckily, Dynasty restaurant of Centara Grand at CentralWorld makes discovering the finest flavors simple, with a newly-updated range of set menus for individual diners, as well as groups of up to 10 people.
These menus have all been carefully curated by Dynasty’s Master Chef Kongsun Sae-Liang and his team – bringing you a satisfying mix of fish, seafood, meat and vegetable-based dishes, as well customary rice and noodle dishes to complete a memorable Cantonese meal here in Bangkok.
Individual Set Menus
Dynasty has 4 different set menus for individual diners ranging from THB 1,500++ up to the most premium option at THB 4,000++ per person (all including around 7 courses).
Menu highlights include Crispy duck with plum salad sauce, and Black sesame dumpling with almond cream, Whole braised abalone with mushroom and Chinese wine, and Mongolian chicken, Baked snow fish with honey, and Double-boiled bird’s nest in baked coconut, and Stir-fried Ribeye with black pepper sauce, and Baked red grouper with black bean sauce – and much, much more.
Group Set Menus
With prices and quantities of food based on groups of 10 people, Dynasty’s banquet-style set menus are a favorite option for work outings, celebrations and other events, starting at just THB 800++ per person (for the most basic set).
There are 6 group set menus to choose from priced from (1) THB 8,000; (2) THB 12,000; THB 16,000; THB 24,000; THB 28,000; and THB 45,000 (exclusive of VAT and service charge).
The different price tiers reflect the level premium ingredients used in each set menu, with the higher-priced options featuring mouth-watering selections like Grilled AUS lamb chop with Arabica sauce, Charcoal roasted Cantonese lacquered US Kobe short rib, Whole barbecued Hong Kong suckling pig, Baked fillet of beef Hong Kong style, Roasted duck flavored with green tea and Sautéed tiger prawn with X.O sauce.
Both individual and group set menus are available for our lunch service (11.30 – 14.30) or dinner (18.00 – 22.30) at Dynasty restaurant on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
