Inspired by UNO MAS’s dedication to delivering creative twists on Spanish classics using only premium, freshly sourced produce, this one-off menu is sure to tantalize the taste buds with the likes of Malbec ravioli, nigiry salmon chocolate bubble (paired with Broc Damm), Mussel tempura, lemon, sweet paprika (paired with Estrella Damm) and Wagyu beef, red wine, kadaif pastry (paired with Estrella Damm Inedit).
