Italian set dinner with wine at Acqua, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya.
A three-course Italian set dinner with two glasses of wine is available at Acqua Italian restaurant, in Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya every evening throughout November, priced at Baht 1,800 per person.
Three choices are available for all three courses, and the wine served is a choice of Zonin Ventiterre Pinot Grigio or Zonin Ventiterre Nero Avola Merlot.
For appetisers, guests select a dish of fine Italian cold cuts, a tomato-based seafood soup with clams, mussels, shrimp, squid and fish, or rocket salad with roasted prawns and anchovy dressing.
The main course list is a choice of baked cod in olive crust with smoked pumpkin puree, a whole grilled 600 g Boston lobster with truffle porcini mushrooms, or slow-cooked duck breast with apricot sauce and duck liver.
For desserts, the choice is tiramisu with chocolate chips, molten lava chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream, or bourbon vanilla panna cotta and strawberries.
