This tour of the Med starts with a classic – ‘UNO MAS Olives’, followed by the richer flavors in the ‘Endive Veloute’ (with truffle emulsion – corn tempura) and ‘King Crab’ (with butternut squash and lemon aroma).
Seafood and meat based main courses then await – in the form of ‘Palamos Squid’ (with lemon butter and cauliflower rice), and ‘Veal Steak’ (with leeks, onion and red wine) before a coconut cream and vanilla dessert ‘Importance’ is served to round off this sensational menu.
