THAI Smile has been granted the global safety standard certification by IOSA, highlighting the most important mission for its passengers
THAI Smile Airways has been inspected and certified for global safety standard by the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), reinforcing the effective management of safety standards from THAI Smile.
Mr Chatchai Panyu, Acting Chief Executive Officer of THAI Smile Airways said “The IOSA Safety Compliance Process consists of 8 operational areas including: organization management system, flight operation system, departure control system, on board operation system, engineering and maintenance of aircraft system, ground operation system, air security management system, and air cargo and parcel system.
The certification of THAI Smile this time indicates the effectiveness of its flight operation and flight management system that complies with the internationally accepted standards and is recognized by various airlines around the world. THAI Smile is committed to providing services with the highest level of safety for our passengers as well as all of our employees.
