Terrazza’s pan-roasted fillet of lean, succulent beef tenderloin, the restaurant’s Special in July, is one more of Chef Roberto’s authentic home-style creations that will delight diners. Enlivened with a rustic, homemade salsa verde mustard, capers, anchovies and Italian parsley it is a particularly flavorsome dish, perhaps best accompanied by one of Terrazza’s robust Italian red wines. It is just THB 800 nett throughout the month.
