Mr. Cholawut Chivapruek (2nd from left), Development and Innovation Department Manager of CONWOOD Co., Ltd., led the team in launching CONWOOD’s new service, expanding customer care with direct on-site installation, the “CONWOOD i-Service”. When customers arrange the CONWOOD i-Service Villa Visit, they will enjoy the benefits of this special service that sends experts directly to the installation site to advise on the installation of CONWOOD’s fiber cement products. Customers in the greater Bangkok area who would like to renovate or decorate their home using CONWOOD products are invited to take advantage of the CONWOOD i-Service.
This new service was first launched with a roadshow at The Village Garden Ville 2, Klong Sam Wa district, at the end of the May, and met with an enthusiastic reception from customers.
