The Rolls-Royce Dawn has been declared ‘Best Luxury Car’ by an independent panel of top UK journalists at the UK Car of the Year Awards. Comprisinga top-calibre group of 27 professional journalists, UKCOTYselects the best cars launched over the past 12 months, from a shortlist of 56 freshly-launched models.
