Chavalit Pichalai, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Energy was the guest of honour at the joint seminar on “Waste to Energy 2016”, organized by office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of Thailand; Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industrial, JAPAN – METI, and Japan External Trade Organization (Jetro) to exchange the knowledge of policy to support the waste management and use the technology for turning waste into energy at Napalai Ballroom of Dusit Thani Bangkok recently.
